Welcome to Duwasay & Co. These Terms and Conditions govern all B2B inquiries, sample development, custom OEM/ODM manufacturing, and international export transactions between Duwasay & Co. (located in Sialkot, Pakistan) and our global clients, including sports clubs, apparel brands, wholesalers, and distributors.
Design Approval: All custom orders for sports uniforms, GAA hurling gear, sublimated fishing wear, and hunting apparel require final digital mockups, size grading charts, and technical specifications (tech packs) to be approved in writing by the buyer before bulk production begins.
Intellectual Property: By submitting logos, custom camouflage patterns, or brand trademarks for private labeling, the buyer confirms they hold the legal rights to reproduce those designs. Duwasay & Co. maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client tech packs and proprietary patterns.
Sample Production: Physical pre-production samples are manufactured within 1 to 2 weeks upon receipt of sample fees and final artwork specifications.
Sample Sign-Off: Bulk production is executed strictly according to the approved physical or digital pre-production sample. Any modifications requested after sample approval must be documented prior to fabric cutting.
MOQ Standards: Minimum Order Quantities vary by product category, fabric sourcing (such as UPF 50+ textiles or technical softshell membranes), and customization techniques (full dye-sublimation, tackle twill, embroidery, or cut-and-sew).
Size & Color Tolerances: In accordance with international textile manufacturing standards, minor shade variations in sublimation printing and a sizing tolerance of ±0.5 inches are considered standard industry norms.
Quotations: All B2B price quotes are issued on an Ex-Works (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB) Sialkot, Pakistan basis unless otherwise specified in the Proforma Invoice.
Payment Schedule: Because all products are custom-manufactured to buyer specifications, bulk production requires an agreed advance deposit upon Proforma Invoice confirmation, with the remaining balance payable prior to final dispatch after quality inspection approval.
Accepted Channels: Payments are accepted via official corporate bank wire transfers (T/T) and authorized international B2B payment gateways.
Dispatch & Transit: Orders are shipped worldwide via express air couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air cargo, or sea freight depending on order volume and buyer preference.
Import Duties & Taxes: International buyers are responsible for destination customs clearance, import tariffs, local VAT, and brokerage fees in their respective countries unless Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms are explicitly arranged in advance.
Risk of Loss: Title and transit risk pass to the buyer once the consignment is handed over to the designated international freight forwarder or courier carrier.
Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every consignment undergoes multi-point quality control for stitching durability, fabric GSM compliance, and print accuracy prior to packing. Buyers are welcome to request pre-shipment photo/video verification or third-party inspection.
Manufacturing Defects: As custom-branded and sublimated goods cannot be restocked or resold, returns are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects or sizing deviations outside agreed tolerances. Any claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
All commercial contracts, export agreements, and disputes are governed by the commercial and export trade laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of the courts and trade bodies of Sialkot, Pakistan.
